Steps:

1) Keap Setup:
  • Login to your Keap Account and generate a Tag named: Zapier to SignNow

  • Create a Campaign: Add Applied Tag and HTTP Post, fill in the post URL, and select the fields that you want to send. After this click on Publish to Activate your Campaign.

2) SignNow Setup:
  • Create an Account in SignNow.
  • Login to your account and go to the Documents option.

  • Click on Create, select the document option then click on Upload(To upload your document).

3) Zapier Setup:
  • Log in to your Zapier Account.
  • Create a new Zap.
  • Select Webhook by Zapier as a trigger event.

  • Select Catch Hook as an Event.

  • Copy this url and paste it into the Keap Campaign http post url.

  • Select SignNow as an Action Event.

  • Select Invite to Sign an Event.

  • Add the document that you have added in SignNow. Mapped the from and to email addresses. Fill in all other details. After this click on Publish to Activate Zap.

4) Results:
  • You will receive an Email.

  • When you click on the View Document Button, the document will open for Signature.
